This report was preparated whit the participation of indigenous organizations and is based on a technical documentary analysis of five emblematic cases on the violation of human rights of indigenous populations in the amazon Basin by Chinese companies and the management by the People’s Republic of China (PRC). These violated rights are: a. the right to life, which implies the oprotección of the right to a safe, healthy and ecologically- balanced environment; and b. the right to freedom from discrimination, which is linked to the right to participate in cultural activities and life, at the same time being linked to the observance of the human rights of indigenous population.
